Job Description
Secondary Marketing Lock Desk Coordinator
Starting pay ranges $20-$23 / hr DOE
This position reports out of the Sacramento corporate office but is available as hybrid-remote or remote depending on experience and location.
The required hours are 8 : 30am-5pm PST.
The Secondary Coordinator will oversee all new locks, loans that are locked but are expiring on our hedge and non-hedge pipeline, and cancel any lock not closing.
The Secondary Coordinator works collaboratively with their team and provides support to Summit's nationwide branches.
What you would be doing :
- Update daily Generic Master rate sheet and upload to The Peak.
- Assist in Locking all loans within our Pricing Engine Optimal Blue and LOS system Encompass.
- Manage pipeline views for different job functions.
- Extend all locks expiring 1 day prior to expiration date, thru Optimal Blue and update Encompass.
- Cancel locked loans in Optimal Blue and Encompass when necessary.
- Pull expiring lock report daily and email Loan officer teams for status on all locked loans expiring within 3-5 business days.
- Know how to run reports in Encompass
- Adding Pricing Exceptions / Concessions on competitive and Lock extensions to locked loans in Optimal Blue and approving them in LOS system.
Qualifications
- 1 year of related experience in mortgage required to be eligible for a full-time remote scheduleCandidates within 50 miles of the Sacramento corporate office will be asked to work a hybrid schedule with two days per week in-office.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software. (Excel / Word)
- Must be able to work a 40 hour work week based out of the Sacramento office.
