AWS / CES is looking for a System Analyst II
Location : Erlanger, KY 41018-1260, USA
Pay Rate : $100 an hour
Position Summary :
As a System Analyst II, you will work closely with Solution Architects, Process Analysts, and business experts to deliver end-to-end SAP process and system solutions.
Your primary focus will be on integration, functional design, and testing within the SuccessFactors framework.
Key Responsibilities :
- Integration Management : Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Functional Expertise : Provide expertise in SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for the USA and Canada, and Time Management to deliver tailored solutions.
- Full-Cycle Implementation : Lead and support all phases of SuccessFactors implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Functional Design Documentation : Develop detailed Functional Design (FD) documents aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Ownership of FD Deliverables : Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of FD documents.
- Testing & UAT : Conduct Unit Functional Testing (UFT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify and resolve any issues.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure project success.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors releases and provide the most efficient solutions to clients.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience as a SuccessFactors Integration Consultant.
- Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP) (USA and Canada), and Time Management.
- Proven experience with 2-3 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently or within a team and take ownership of deliverables.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC / ECP modules is preferred.
