The facility provides comprehensive geriatric services including assessment clinics, post-acute care in Transitional Care Units (TCU), long-term care settings, and home visits. Job Details :

• Join a growing Elder Care team with opportunity to expand and develop the geriatric program
• Practice in various settings including geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care facilities, and home visits
• Work alongside 2 Nurse Practitioners in a collaborative environment
• Monday-Friday schedule with participation in a shared after-hours call rotation
• Candidates may be BC / BE Geriatrician, BC / BE in Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience, or BC / BE Family Practice with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
