Responsibilities :
- Ensure proper collection efforts and manageYardi accounting software
- Participate in the monthly close process ofassigned communities and prepare month-end financial reports
- Maintain accounting books and records,prepare bank reconciliations, manage fixed asset schedules, and reconcilepayroll transactions
Qualifications :
- Associate’s degree in accounting or finance; bachelor’sdegree preferred
- 3-5 years Property Accounting experience
- Proficiency with Yardi Voyager, MicrosoftOffice, Google Apps, and general office equipment
- Knowledge of EOEA assisted living regulationsand SLR financial policies
