Requirements
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the speech therapy department
- Develop and implement therapy programs and protocols
- Provide leadership and support to speech language pathologists
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about providing quality care
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
