What success looks like in this role :

  • Serves as the global Engagement Executive leader.
  • Delivers high-level business development support and advice on opportunities across a highly complex and matrixed environment.
  • Performs sales impact, financial analysis, long-range forecasting and effectiveness studies associated with potential client and expansion opportunities.
  • Anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence adoption and sales of company technologies, products and services.
  • Advises strategic clients and partners of Unisys's long-term vision and business strategy.
  • Serves as senior level challenger, driving new thinking and creatively fresh ways of assessing and approaching client engagement and business development opportunities.
  • Responsible for global coordination of client engagement / business development analysis, planning and development of go-to-market and other strategies to drive exponential sales growth into new markets, segments, and channels.
  • Provides oversight, advice and expertise to guide major market expansion, new client integration and associated projects / efforts.
  • Engages with leadership, recommending and supporting implementation of realistic and aspirational sales and financial targets / quotas.
  • Serves as subject matter expert, advising teams, leaders and partners on client engagement and business development strategies, methods and initiatives.
  • Serves as escalation point for pursuit teams to help facilitate and drive consensus and closure related to internal or external solution, financial, commercial or legal matters that arise during the deal lifecycle.

You will be successful in this role if you have :

  • 15 year's relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sets of senior client stakeholder relationships at one time, and through relationship continuity, provide feedback loops critical to ensuring top-tier results on Unisys' engagements.
  • Experience in developing long-term trust-based relationships with the C-suite and key executives.
  • Ability to act as a Player / Coach who successfully partners with Unisys Engagement Executives to drive deals and complex negotiations to closure.
  • Fosters enthusiastic followership among client / peers / team members.
  • Fully able to navigate and achieve success within complex, matrix organizations.
  • Sets high standards for self and team. Provides strong leadership but encourages input from the team in the decision-making process and possesses excellent team-building skills.
  • Must be coachable and collaborative, supporting the growth of others.
