As a Childcare Provider, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and caring for children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development in a stimulating environment.
This position requires a strong foundation in early childhood education, classroom management, and a passion for working with children of various age groups.
Rate and Benefits :
- $500 bonus upon hire
- Health insurance for Employee only : Medical $80 / month, Dental $11 / month, and Vision $1 / month. Separate rates for spouses / dependents.

- $20.00 $22.00 per hour
Position is Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday), located in Renton, WA.
Responsibilities :
- Create a safe and engaging environment for children under your care.
- Implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the childcare facility.
- Follow established health and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
Requirements :
Requirements that must be completed before starting :
- Registration with MERIT and attain STARS ID
- 30 hours STARS training
- Proof of negative TB test and MMR Vaccine
- Onboarding process
Other requirements :
- 1-year child care experience preferred
- Proficiency in early childhood education principles
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to communicate in English verbally and in writing
- Food Handler’s Permit
- First Aid / CPR card
- HIV / Bloodborne Pathogen training
- Active Christian faith and ability to sign our Statement of Faith
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
- Ability to work longer daytime hours during school breaks and holidays
