Responsibilities : As a Clinical Director at Opal Autism Centers, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring high-quality therapeutic services for clients with autism.

You'll lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs, maintain a caseload, and manage key performance indicators to ensure both clinical effectiveness and operational success.

Key Responsibilities Include : Clinical and Operational Management : Supervise clinical practice, manage clinic operations, and maintain a personal caseload.

Performance Management : Optimize staff performance, achieve client admission targets, and ensure efficient scheduling. Leadership and Staff Development : Conduct interviews, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications : Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field. BCBA certification and North Carolina LBA required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral analysis with significant leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.

Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and administrative functions.

Physical Requirements : Must be willing to commute to work in the center; we do not provide remote services. Fluent in English.

Ability to learn, demonstrate, and explain physical skills of moderate complexity. Physically able to move from standing to one knee and back up without assistance.

Normal functioning and range of motion in arms, legs, hips, wrists, back, neck, etc. Role may involve lifting, twisting, pulling, or pushing up to 60 lbs.
