A Texas medical center is seeking their next Interim Women’s Labor & Delivery Consultant!

The Position

• The Interim Woman’s Labor & Delivery Consultant will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day nursing and administrative operations throughout the department.
• This leader will oversee L&D, Antepartum, and Maternal Support units in addition to the collaboration with ICU, NICU, and OB departments.
• Ideal candidates will bring strong business acumen, strategic planning experience, and will be equipped to implement and execute process improvement strategies throughout the department.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is required.
• Healthcare experience is required.
