Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Solutions Consultant at iCare.com. The Solutions Consultant will conduct online product demonstrations, answer prospective customer product feature inquiries, provide technical support to the sales team during the sales process, assist in customer implementations, manage technical support during customer onboarding, and provide general product expertise when requested by other departments.
This role is based in Sunrise, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Excellent Computer, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Healthcare or EHR use is a big plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong Problem-Solving and Time Management skills
