Key Responsibilities : Ensure timely and accurate filing of federal, state, and local tax returnsManage tax compliance and reporting, including quarterly and annual tax provisionsProvide strategic oversight for tax compliance in the EMEA region and supervise LATAM tax complianceQualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
CPA or Master's degree in Taxation preferred7+ years of progressive tax experience, focusing on U.S. federal and state tax complianceExperience with international tax issues, particularly in the EMEA and LATAM regions, is a plusStrong knowledge of ASC 740 and tax compliance processesExperience managing Uncertain Tax Positions (UTP)
