PRINT & DATA COORDINATOR
Our client operates a fast-paced office environment with extensive contact with clients and employees. They demand the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in safeguarding client and project information.
SUMMARY :
This role is looking for a strong willingness to learn and coordinate print and client management. Primary responsibility will be to communicate statuses, monitor, and handle production-related functions of direct mail campaigns.
Junior Paralegals, recent college grads would be a great fit for this role!!
SCHEDULES : MON - FRI 6am -2 : 30pm
PAY RATE : $20.00 / hr
DUTIES
- Follow the requirements and intricacies of both digital (email, fax) and physical (Insert, folding, printing) mailings campaigns
- Create mail merges and work with PDFs that will be sent to print
- Manage emails in a clear, concise, and timely manner
- Meet quality standards and appropriately escalate project roadblocks
- Coordinate, organize, and track initial and recurring mailings
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors
- Assist with monthly billing activities and purchase orders for supplies and services
- Provide reports to internal and external clients
- Help determine the need to send a mailing or a portion of a mailing to various vendors
- Create requisitions for needed supplies and services
- Communicate with Clients on a daily basis by email, phone or any means given.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years relevant, recent work experience and High School Diploma / equivalent education
- 1 year of hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat (ji
- Intermediate Computer skills including copying, moving, deleting, and renaming files
- Proven demonstrated ability to track complex details, work under a deadline, and maintain accuracy
- Proven demonstrated ability to follow regimented instructions while learning new software PREFERED QUALIFICIATIONS :
- Knowledge of publishing, print, or design industries.
- Familiarity with USPS standards and processes, mail merges and / or production printing
- Experience with software such as Jira, SQL, Python or JavaScript
- Experience handling confidential / sensitive company information such as HIPAA or financial data
