We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team located in San Jose, California. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the industry of Enterprise Resource Planning.
Your main responsibilities will include managing inventory, performing quality checks, updating records, and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee inventory management by stocking and cataloging products
- Conduct quality checks on stored inventory ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Update and maintain inventory records, sharing updates with management as required
- Identify and report discrepancies in inventory counts to maintain accuracy
- Handle administrative tasks as needed to support smooth operations
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and organization
- Maintain records and filing systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a timely and professional manner
- Spend time in the stockroom / warehouse, ensuring proper organization and management of inventory
- Use ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, ERP Solutions, and About Time for various tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with Cerner Technologies
- Experience with Epic Software
- Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Knowledge of ERP Solutions
- Ability to use About Time software
- Experience in answering inbound calls
- Auditing skills
- Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs
- Experience in performing clerical duties
