We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychotherapist to join our accredited team. Our center, located in Miami Gardens, is recognized by the Joint Commission and various insurance providers, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions to address a range of psychological issues.
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
- Deliver therapy primarily in-person, with the flexibility to provide services both at our office and in the homes of our clients to meet their needs effectively.
- Telemedicine services are optionally available, although the focus remains on in-person care to ensure the most impactful outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in clinical psychotherapy, with a strong background in CBT and TF-CBT.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and present with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to foster a supportive and therapeutic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple cases efficiently.
Requirements :
- Licensed to practice as a psychotherapist in the state of Florida.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish and Creole is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel locally to provide in-home therapy sessions as needed.
