Requirements :
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics
- Licensed in Texas
Practice Details :
- Join a team of 1 Pediatrician and 2 NPs
- 3 exam rooms, private office, dedicated MA
- Practice operations managed, including billing, collections, insurance rate negotiation, and office staff
- EMR, in-house allergy techs, and in-house X-Ray available
- Enjoy autonomy in your schedule by setting your hours and managing patient limits
- Referral network for pediatric specialists available
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive salary of $200,000 guaranteed base plus production
- Providers can expect to make $600k annually or more with a patient load of 50 per day
- Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
- Sign-on bonus between $10,000-$15,000
- Full comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k with 5% match
- Malpractice with tail provided
