Contract Duration : 24 Months
Required Skills & Experience :
- 7+ Years of Agile Experience : Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including Coaching, Scrum, or Product Ownership, demonstrated through professional work, consulting experience, training, military service, or education.
- DevSecOps : Strong understanding of integrating security practices into DevOps.
- Infrastructure as Code : Hands-on experience with tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- CI / CD : Proficiency with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes, including tools like Artifactory.
- Code Management : Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Unit and Integration Testing : Strong background in testing practices to ensure code quality.
- Cloud Computing : Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud.
- Coaching and Mentoring : Ability to guide and mentor teams to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

- Consulting Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert to develop and influence initiatives and resources that address highly complex business and technical challenges in the area of Transformation Coaching.
- Strategic Consulting : Provide strategic guidance on resolving unique and complex challenges that require a deep, cross-functional evaluation.
Deliver innovative, long-term solutions that involve creativity, vision, and advanced analytical thinking.
- Leadership Engagement : Offer expert advice to senior leadership on innovative Transformation Coaching strategies and solutions.
- Client Collaboration : Engage strategically with client personnel to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
