Primary Duties &Responsibilities :

HR Administration

  • Coordinate execute and support activitiesrelated to employee hiring training continuing development welfareand retirement / termination in alignment with CorporateHR
  • Periodically review and update companypolicies

BookkeepingAdministration

  • AccountsReceivable
  • AccountsPayable
  • Prepare tax returns (federal &state returns with accountant)
  • Month endbookkeeping activities

GeneralAdministration

  • Managebanking activities
  • Manage business insuranceactivities
  • Coordinate general office activities(maintenance supply restocking preparing forvisitors)
  • Process occasional local salesorders
  • Manage loans and localinventory
  • Physical shipping andreceiving
  • Process RMA Requests (as needed whenRMA Coordinator is out)
  • Managemail

Requirements

  • Administrationexperience
  • Related degree or certificationpreferred
  • Bookkeeping experienceAdvantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 OutlookWord Excel SharePoint PriorityERP
