KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory L&D - Senior Associate Learning Experience and Design to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with business sponsors and Subject Matter Professionals (SMPs) to develop learning materials that translate business content into learner-centered experiences
• Utilize instructional design, adult learning principles and innovative strategies in the conception, design, and development of learning assets
• Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handling a minimum five courses at a time with efficiency and focus
• Independently drive projects forward, demonstrating ownership and accountability for progress and issue mitigation
• Apply fundamental research skills to instructional design projects including use of AI, as well as leveraging AI and regularly upskill to keep pace with new technologies
• Review learning experiences against outlined training objectives, company brand standards, and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements
