The Social Work Supervisor provides oversight to social work for completion of comprehensive biopsychosocial / spiritual assessment, diagnosis and / or treatment / interventions / advocacy of participants and their support systems.
Acts as the geriatric / medical social work expert and clinical supervisor to social workers (LCSW, CSWA, SSA) both within their immediate social work teams and PMG at Home.

Required qualifications :
- Master's Degree in Social Work : from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work. Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire : Oregon Clinical Social Worker License
- 8 years of relevant post MSW clinical Social Work Experience.
- 5 years of Social work experience with the medically fragile adults
- 2 years of Supervisory experience.
Preferred qualifications :
- Coursework / Training Or Advanced training.
- 2 years of experience as a subject matter expert, clinical licensure supervisor, trainer, or preceptor.
