Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct thorough testing of our products, focusing on their refrigeration and dehumidification functions.

2. Use your knowledge of refrigerant gasses to assess product performance and identify any issues.

3. Apply your understanding of basic refrigeration principles to evaluate product effectiveness and suggest improvements.

4. Follow strict safety protocols during all testing procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

5. Utilize advanced computer skills to record test results, analyze data, and create detailed reports.

6. Use your problem-solving abilities to identify product faults and failures, and propose viable solutions.

7. Collaborate with our engineering and manufacturing teams to implement product improvements and enhancements.

8. Assist in the development of new testing procedures to meet evolving industry standards and customer needs.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Test Technician in the Manufacturing industry or a related field.

2. Proven knowledge and experience with refrigerant gasses.

3. Solid understanding of basic refrigeration principles.

4. Experience in dehumidification processes and technologies.

5. Strong knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

6. Proficient computer skills, particularly in data analysis and reporting.

7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying issues and proposing solutions.

8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.

9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

10. A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
