Real Estate Attorney with Established Book of Business

Reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with a well-established book of business to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of clients and referral sources in the real estate industry and the ability to manage their caseload within their perspective region.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle real estate transactions, including commercial and residential closings, leasing, acquisitions, and sales
  • Review and draft legal documents such as purchase agreements, mortgage documents, and title documents
  • Conduct due diligence on properties and review property reports
  • Represent clients in negotiations and settlements
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters
  • Manage own case load and meet deadlines efficiently

Requirements :

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in the state where the position is located
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing real estate law
  • Established book of business with a strong network of clients and referral sources
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage own caseload
