Position Overview

The MEP Manager will oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is vital for coordinating between various teams and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise MEP design and installation processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project design.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings and submittals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Assist with bidding and preconstruction efforts to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Provide technical support and advice on MEP issues during the construction phase.
• Maintain documentation related to MEP systems and project progress.
