Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with current policyholders to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
Inbound and Outbound Calls : Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing calls, offering solutions and addressing client questions.
Policy Customization : Design and recommend insurance plans that match the unique needs of each client.
Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by bundling or expanding their coverage.
Relationship Building : Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Community Engagement : Participate in local events and activities to maintain a strong presence in the Gresham community.

Requirements
Licensing : Active Oregon Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferable.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
