Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Travel is required.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing commercial, multifamily, or light industrial construction projects.
From day one, you'll be responsible for overseeing the field operations of a project, ensuring timely completion within budget and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely project completion.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure the work meets high standards.
- Communicate effectively with the project team regarding RFIs and material submittals.
- Ensure subcontractors are executing their work per the contracted scope.
- Identify and resolve construction conflicts in collaboration with the project team.
- Maintain a detailed daily log of job site activities.
- Ensure the job site remains clean and well-organized.
- Complete punch list items as projects progress and close out.
Qualifications :
- Willingness to travel.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial, multifamily, or light industrial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction trades.
- Ability to write reports and effectively communicate with customers and employees.
- Proven track record managing and directing subcontractors.
- Proficient in reading blueprints.
