Job Title : Machine Operator

Job Description :

Set up and run jobs, including first-time runs, safely and within quality and efficiency expectations using various equipment such as punches, lasers, and brake presses (manual or robotic).

Perform routine and preventative maintenance and upkeep of equipment and instruments. Comprehend basic GD&T and interpret data from manual measurements to adjust processes for dimensional and visual compliance.

Edit programs at the machine and assist in driving continuous improvement by improving processes, reducing cycle time, and reducing setup time.

Set up and run production parts within quality and efficiency expectations after training. Interpret shop drawings, work packets, and fabrication setup sheets.

Utilize good math, writing, and computer skills and understand basic measurement tools, including tape measures and calipers.
