Tech Lead / Architect (Onshore) Role Overview Tech Lead / Architect will be responsible for leading the technical design, architecture, and implementation of software solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of software development, architecture principles, and the ability to lead and mentor development teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in the insurance industry Technical Leadership Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical decisions Solution Design and Architecture Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and design documents for software solutions.
Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the development process Implementation and Development Oversee the implementation of software solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Relevant Background and Experience bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A master’s degree is a plus Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions. Experience in the insurance industry is preferred Technical Skills Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (., Java, C#, Python). Experience with cloud platforms
