Trigo is seeking a full time Traveling Technician in the Davenport IA area.
MUST BE BASED NEAR OR AROUND Davenport IA
Shift Hours 5 : 30am to 2 : 00pm M-F
Provides mechanical services such as inspection
Travel expenses will be provided
Supports and contributes to the company Quality Policies and QMS
This position will report to the local Site Manager / Regional Manager
Responsibilities
Duties
- The Quality Containment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all parts meet client's final inspection and documenting any findings, pass or fail.
- Responsibilities of a Quality Containment Specialist includes :
- Performs containment activities on suspect or non-conforming materials
- Documentation of defects & Compile data and draft reports
- Work in conjugation with Quality Engineer to ensure all processes and procedures are followed
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Technical Requirements :
- Must have knowledge of measuring equipment, Calipers, go no go, thread, and pin gauging.
- Good with customers / clients
- Must be flexible with changing work dynamics (process changes ect.)
Organization
- Assist in ensuring department goals and objectives are met
- Promote workplace improvements and development
