Job specification

• Provide direct patient care in multiple departments, including Medical-Surgical, ICU, Emergency, and more.
• Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Adapt quickly to different units and patient populations, demonstrating strong critical thinking and clinical judgment.

Candidate requirements

• Current RN license in Montana.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred, with exposure to multiple specialties.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
