Northeast Tool & Manufacturing , an award-winning aerospace and precision machining company, is hiring an experienced Quality Manager to lead and elevate our quality function.

This is a critical leadership role in a high-mix, low-volume CNC machining environment. You'll oversee a talented quality team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with AS9100D and ISO 9001 : 2015 standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance with AS9100D and ISO 9001 : 2015
• Oversee and mentor a quality team including engineers, technicians, and metrology specialists
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process control strategies (SPC, control plans, PCR, PPAP, etc.)
• Manage all quality audits, internal reviews, and root cause corrective actions (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
• Coordinate MRB processes, disposition of non-conformances, and supplier quality interactions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related communications with customers and suppliers
• Champion a culture of quality throughout the shop floor and across departments
