Requirements :
- Knowledge of electrical equipment, materials, and specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical.
- Must be highly organized and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, etc.
- Engineering and CAD knowledge is preferred.
- Experience negotiating pricing with vendors.

- Estimating instrumentation and electrical controls; construction projects
- Material, equipment, and labor preparation and cost reviews
- Procurement and fulfillment of project bids
- Change Order and RFI completion
- Estimates for high voltage, medium voltage, low voltage equipment, instruments, control panels, and other I&C bulk materials
