Responsibilities Include :
- Reconcile general ledger to supporting docs on a monthly basis and investigate variances.
- Create and distribute monthly financial statements
- Review and report costs associated with projects.
- Prepare reporting as scheduled for leadership review
- Create, update, and maintain documentation of all processes of accounting department
- Involvement in various finance and accounting related projects as assigned by CFO
- Manage an accounting team as well as have oversight of HR.
Cost Accounting,Manufacturing,Management
The ideal candidate must have :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 -10 years of growth within accounting with 1+ years leading a team.
- Strong Cost Accounting or Project Accounting experience
- Candidate must have excellent organization and time management skills as well as strong
attention to detail.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
CPA preferred
