High School Graduate
Experience Required :
Two years of record keeping / accounting and / or related business experience
Technology Proficiency Level 2 Applied (use of) :
- Computer operations

FUNCTION :
The Records and Reports Analyst is under the supervision of the Director of Professional Learning and is responsible for the entry and organization of District professional development in the database system.
The analyst is also responsible for ensuring that all portfolio history is current and accurate.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS :
- Maintains a filing and record system for Professional Development Training Portfolios and Transcripts
- Collect and compile data information, and complete reports as required by Director of Professional Learning and Deputy Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction
- Collaborates with campuses and departments for training needs and venues
- Provide professional development to teachers and other campus personnel on how to use and create workshops in Omni Track
- Prepare training materials and support resources for presenters
- Prepare the physical and technological space in the training rooms
- Verify attendance and grant credit to participants after each training session
- Assist with the entry and receipt of requisitions
- Provide training reports to campuses
