This role is to develop and spot key opportunities for production efficiency & growth.
My client is one of the fastest-growing bespoke industrial refrigeration manufacturers globally. With an outstanding product range and modern machinery technologies, they are eager to hire a senior production director to help them expand into a new era, for this international business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the manufacturing & production
- Evolution of manufacturing processes and procedures to support business
- Develop department strategy to achieve business growth
- Strong focus on market trends and competition trends to identify opportunities
- Continuous optimization of production processes and structure (strategy, methods, tools, personnel development, etc.) and related key figures
- Develops manufacturing long and short-range plans and objectives
Background Required :
- B.S degree in Engineering or related field
- Production experience manufacturing & developing special-purpose industrial machinery
- Operate as an entrepreneur within the plant to develop & spot opportunities
- Experienced manufacturing professional
- Strong communicator, professional & charismatic
