What you will do :

Our Sales Associates are team players. They are sales driven and support the store team in the sales, customer engagement and operation of our Castle Megastore.

This position works a rotating schedule with opening and closing duties.

This is a selling position with shift goals utilizing product knowledge of features and benefits and engaging with customers.

If you want a non-selling job, this isn’t it.

• Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.
• Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis. Contributes consistently to make work fun and engaging for team members and customers.
• Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

Requirements :

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and / or pull up to 50 pounds and stand / move for entire shift
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and / or twist and safely climb up / down a ladder
• Ability to work afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas)
