Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Babysitter / Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a safe and engaging environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, and possess a genuine passion for caregiving.

This role involves not only supervising children but also engaging them in educational activities, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean environment.

Scholastic epxerience required.

Duties

• Provide attentive and loving care for children, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating any dietary restrictions.
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and diaper changes for infants.
• Maintain cleanliness in play areas and ensure toys are sanitized regularly.
• Support preschool-aged children with basic educational tasks and playtime activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and any concerns that may arise.
• Exhibit patience and understanding while managing multiple tasks in a busy household.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare or babysitting, particularly with infants and toddlers.
• Ability to cook healthy meals suitable for children.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily schedules effectively.
• A nurturing demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of child development principles is a plus.
• Ability to clean up after activities and maintain an orderly environment.
• First Aid / CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is essential.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed by the family.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $21.88 - $23.45 per hour
