Salary : $6,707.00 - $8,579.00 per Month per month plus state pension plan
Job Description and Duties :
The DEBA Program Specialist will independently perform more complex, sensitive, and responsible grid reliability-related work which requires a high level of knowledge, skill, and ability which is demonstrably above the journey level, in the fields of grid reliability, demand flexibility, renewable energy, energy markets, and distributed energy resources.
The incumbent performs responsible technical and analytical work demonstrably above the journey level to administer and provide oversight to the DEBA Program.
The incumbent will serve as a knowledgeable resource on policy, technology, market, and strategic issues as directed; and plays a primary role in coordination and collaboration with other state, federal, and local agencies, as well as other interested stakeholders and the public

Desirable Qualifications :
- Experience with incentive, grant, and / or financing programs.
- Knowledge of grid reliability, demand flexibility, energy markets, renewable energy, or distributed energy resources.
- Ability and proven experience analyzing data, preparing technical reports, and completing complex research and policy documents.
- Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders and foster collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced writing and editing skills.
