Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years experience in bridge design
  • EIT preferred, but not required
  • Technical expertise for the layout & design of bridges and related highway structures
  • Familiarity with rehabilitation of existing bridges and highway structures
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve
  • Proficiency in preparing structural plans for Department of Transportation (DOT) projects
  • Software experience with AutoCAD and / or MicroStation

Compensation :

  • Base Salary : $75,000 - $110,000 + bonus potential
  • Excellent benefits package
