Education Navigator
Description & Requirements The Wi Works project is seeking a dedicated and proactive Education Navigator to join our team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication and relationship-building with recipients and community members.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for community outreach and the ability to foster strong partnerships with various stakeholders.
This is an onsite, full-time position working Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Central Time with some Saturdays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Conduct outreach presentations to recipients and community members as needed.- Present program education and enrollment options to recipients.
- Develop relationships with community leaders and serve as a liaison with various constituents. - Act as a point of contact for these agencies to work out issues or help certain cases moving through the enrollment process.
- Serve as liaison between multiple training providers when necessary to benefit our clients. - Develop and Promote knowledge of community and participate in community events, other activities as needed.
Minimum Requirements - High School Diploma - 2-4 years of experience - Must reside in or near Milwaukee, WI - Willing and able to work onsite in Milwaukee, WI - Ability to work with Diverse Populations - Ability to work independently - Full-time availability from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday with some Saturday's - Weekend Availability : Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends as required.
Reliable and committed to supporting organizational needs during non-traditional hours. - Organizational Skills - Case Management Experience - Reliable Transportation : Ability to travel to different schools across Milwaukee County, as this role involves up to 50% travel.
Must also be able to attend various resource fairs and back-to-school events. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
