We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of a dynamic company in the finance industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks and provide support to senior executives
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and organize files and records
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the organization
- Assist with various HR tasks such as recruiting and onboarding new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
