Responsibilities
Within IBKR :
- Conduct human resources investigations into potential violations of the Firm’s policies and Employee Handbook
- Review records and interview employees
- Document the investigation and memorialize the results of your review
- Analyze the facts and recommend potential discipline, if warranted, in accordance with the Firm’s Global Discipline Framework
- Work with Legal and Compliance on specialized investigations related to regulatory priorities
- Maintain confidentiality of all information gathered during investigation
Which Skills Are Required :
- 3+ years’ experience conducting Human Resource and / or Regulatory investigations
- Effective HR administration and management skills
- Good knowledge / understanding of HR functions, HR best practices, regulatory changes, Labor Law, and employment regulations will be an advantage
- Experience with electronic documentation queries and reviews
- Fundamental knowledge of and adherence to global data privacy laws and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly proficient with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
