Responsibilities

Within IBKR :

  • Conduct human resources investigations into potential violations of the Firm’s policies and Employee Handbook
  • Review records and interview employees
  • Document the investigation and memorialize the results of your review
  • Analyze the facts and recommend potential discipline, if warranted, in accordance with the Firm’s Global Discipline Framework
  • Work with Legal and Compliance on specialized investigations related to regulatory priorities
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information gathered during investigation

Which Skills Are Required :

  • 3+ years’ experience conducting Human Resource and / or Regulatory investigations
  • Effective HR administration and management skills
  • Good knowledge / understanding of HR functions, HR best practices, regulatory changes, Labor Law, and employment regulations will be an advantage
  • Experience with electronic documentation queries and reviews
  • Fundamental knowledge of and adherence to global data privacy laws and requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly proficient with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
