Role Overview : As a Sales Account Representative at Right Accord Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and bring new clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Conducting territory market research and mapping target accounts to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborating with the team to enhance brand awareness and ensure a consistent, positive message.
- Participating in community events to promote our services and forge meaningful connections.
Ideal Candidate :
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- A self-starter with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine desire to help others.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
