IT Performance Manager, Lead

The IT Performance Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining IT operating process standards to manage performance against Service Level Requirements ( SLRs ) .

This includes continuous monitoring of system availability, application availability, and service desk performance. This role includes tracking performance metrics across all aspects of IT and Cyber support services for a Federal customer, gathering and reporting performance data, and supporting the analysis of performance levels.

In this role, you will work with service owners and te chn ical leads to define and document service levels, analyze variances and identify corrective actions.

You Have :

8+ years of experience in IT Project Management or IT Performance Management

Experience with establishing and managing to Service Level Agreements ( SLAs ) or Service Level Requirements ( SLRs )

Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have :

Experience with leading and influencing team members to ensure overall project success

Experience with baselining IT performance metrics, gathering and reporting IT performance data

Experience with building and presenting performance dashboards to convey performance data

Experience with managing a service desk and help desk for IT applications or network support

Ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to interact with all levels of leadership and te chn ical SMEs, including senior-level Federal clients

Top Secret clearance

Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification or ITILv3 / 4 Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
