Our client, a bank in Chester County, PA, is currently seeking a CRA Officer to join their compliance team. The CRA Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act program.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper adherence to the provisions and intent of the Community Reinvestment Act
- Work with the 1st line to plan, organize, and report the Bank’s compliance activities related to CRA
- Maintain and report key performance indicators
- Develop and annually update the CRA Performance Context
- Monitor policies, procedures and practices
- Perform periodic CRA self-assessment
- Maintain applicable risk assessments
- Serve as CRA subject matter expert
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Five years of CRA experience
- Knowledge of CRA, Fair Lending and 1071
- Large Bank experience
- Expert knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations as it pertains to CRA
