Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience in a parts department.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- HVAC industry experience preferred.
Parts Coordinator Responsibilities Include :
- Manage customer parts sales requests.
- Create purchase orders, bill of ladings, and schedule shipments.
- Provide excellent customer support.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Develop opportunities in customer relationship management (CRM) and building equipment designs.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, consulting engineers, and mechanical / general contractors.
