The Process Engineer II will be responsible for :
- Comply with the production standards, ensuring product quality and process flow and support the implementation of new projects into Manufacturing.
- Provide support to the production teams to deliver the business results and expectations on a day-to-day basis for one or more production areas.
- The position is responsible for ensuring that standard production processes are maintained, and that safety, quality and production volumes are met.
- Analyze different systems to evaluate the state of efficiency and compliance of his / her area of production and related areas.
- Analyse production line leading indicators to ensure compliance with scorecard and address improvements promptly.
- Think critically to improve production efficiency.
- Supports CAPA, NCRs and provides feedback for pFMEA activities.
- May draft or review product documentation including manufacturing work instructions, drawings, proposals, and technical reports.
- Active collaboration between technical support team, engineering, quality production and Sales groups to ensure successful new product introductions and technical transfer activities.

Language Skills : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, Industry standards, and governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, customers, and the general public.
- Business Process Skills : Ability to utilize business process understanding and change management procedures to resolve complex and systemic organizational problems.
- Reasoning Ability : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Education & Experience Requirements :
- Exposure to manufacturing process development and validation activities is required - PFMEAs, Validation Plans, IQ / OQ / PQ, PPAP, Scientific Molding, DOE, etc.
- Engineering bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience or combination of education and experience equal to 4 years.
- Experience in design of components for plastics injection molding, metal forming / stamping, catheters and electro-mechanical devices preferred.
- SolidWorks certification preferred.
- Technical writing skills.
- Exposure to manufacturing processes - Injection molding, vertical molding, wire extrusion, metal stamping, SMT, etc. Preferred.
