Lighthouse Electric extends hands-on work experience opportunities to college students and post-high-school individuals through our internship program. Interns will actively engage in real projects within various departments of the company, gaining valuable skills and knowledge.

Our Project Management internship goes beyond a traditional summer job; it is a professional and educational experience designed to equip interns with the expertise needed for a successful postgraduate career.

Lighthouse Electric seeks motivated individuals who aspire to make a positive impact in their community and grow personally and professionally. Our ideal Project Management internship candidates should :

• Be enrolled in a four-year institution, two-year technical school, or possess a High School diploma / GED.
• Have a major or interest in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience..
• Demonstrate a proactive, open-minded approach, a strong eagerness to learn, contribute ideas, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Duration of Internship & Expected Work Hours :

Anticipated Start Date : May 18th, 2026.

8-12 Weeks; Monday-Friday 6 : 30 am 3 : 00 pm

Location : Lancaster Office and various job sites (travel is primarily local during the business day)

This is a paid internship, and compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
