The Project Controls Analyst supports Program Management and is responsible for taking inputs from Program Managers to update and maintain detailed project execution schedules.
They are also responsible for ensuring key program and project documentation is kept up to date.

Create, maintain, and update program schedules regular basis
Follow up with assigned owners on status of their tasks

Proficiency in Google Sheets
General understanding of project scheduling
Experience with Task Flow or Jira (or similar tooling)
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Apps Script (optional)
Work in PST timezone
