Relias, a leader in workforce education and enablement solutions for healthcare organizations, seeks a Martech Product Analytics Manager to work closely with our product, data science, and marketing teams to ensure proper deployment and data integrity relating to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Pendo, and other industry standard data and analytics platforms in our MarTech stack.

This role is also responsible for conversion and performance analysis, data monitoring, and reporting across our family of brands.

The role will work closely with marketing campaign managers to understand the strategy behind our marketing efforts and apply that knowledge to data analysis and forecasting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Oversee the integration, management, and optimization of marketing technologies such as, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Iterable among others.

Ensure these tools are effectively harnessed to enhance marketing efforts, monitor data integrity, and general administration and set up of campaign tracking.

Conduct deep-dive analyses on large data sets to derive actionable insights, using GA4, Iterable and PowerBI. Generate regular reports and dashboards that guide product development & marketing strategies.

Proactively monitor platforms for conversion rate changes, data anomalies and improvement opportunities, then work autonomously and with teams to implement changes.

  • Design and implement marketing data strategies that utilize our tech stack to its full potential. Set up tracking within our MarTech stack and contribute to data governance strategies and management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, sales, product and engineering departments to ensure marketing technology alignment with business objectives.

Work closely with product managers to define event tracking requirements that enable conversion reporting, driving higher rates of nurse applications.

Assist in the integration of new tools and platforms into the existing MarTech stack.

Educate and train marketing, UX, and product team members on the effective use of marketing technology tools. Develop best practice guides and support materials to empower the team.

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a focus on technology or analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics / Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience managing a modern MarTech stack.
  • Experience working with MarTech stacks that include a Customer Data Platform
  • Extensive experience implementing and managing Google Analytics 4
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in business analytics using GA4, PowerBI, and Excel
  • Experience working with large data sets at scale, particularly using code to manipulate data.
  • Working knowledge of Javascript as it relates to implementation of MarTech tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to train and empower team members

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE :

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Additional certifications or courses in marketing technology or business analytics are a plus.

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office ( 1-hour commute).

You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 / 40 days / quarter.
