Job Title : Project Manager, Grant Program
Reports To : Executive Director

Salary Range : $55,000-$60,000
Amplify Youth Health Collective (Amplify) seeks a full-time Project Manage r with a high level of initiative and exceptional organizational skills to manage all components of the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) award through the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Solicitation No.
8300001197. This role will direct project logistics, contracts, and deliverables in close communication with the Executive Director and Grants Manager.
The Project Manager will have a minimum of three years’ project management experience and must be detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial, mission-focused, and community-oriented environment.
The Project Manager will ensure the success of the TANF-supported outcomes at Amplify, partner organizations, and sub-contractors.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic logistical planning to ensure TANF grant objectives are met on time
- Maintain detailed workplans and communications logs for robust grant reporting
- Secure and oversee all project-related contracts, including contracted staff at partner organizations
- Monitor and manage project budget and resource allocation
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations
- Track and report on outcome measures
- Administer Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) and data sharing agreements
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of project management experience required
- Demonstrated familiarity with Federal Guidelines CFR 2 Part 200
- Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences with a high degree of professionalism and appropriate style
- Background in reproductive health or non-profits preferred
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills, writing, and editing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Hours and Schedule
- This is a 40-hour per week position
- This is an on-site position with some work-from-home flexibility
