Responsibilities
Devise or modify procedures to solveplex problems considering business and / or system limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
Provide analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper business and / or system requirements.
Guide and advise less-experienced Business Analysts.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
Lead iterative cycles of testing, feedback, and refinement in a fast-paced environment.
Work closely with agile teams to ensure clarity of vision, and effective planning and execution of product strategies.
Advocate for the end-user, ensuring the product interfaces and user journeys are intuitive, accessible, and meet the specific needs of different customer segments.
The Minimum Qualifications
7+ Years of experience in an Analyst (Business or Technical), Product Owner, Business Consultant, or similar role
3+ Years of experience with Group Insurance, Worksite, Voluntary Benefits or Supplemental Products or 5+ years of experience working in financial services or insurance industry
2+ Years of experience eliciting, analyzing, validating, and document business, organizational operational and / or system requirements
The Ideal Qualifications
Experience with Group Insurance, Worksite, Voluntary Benefits or Supplemental Products
Experience with Financial Services, FinTech, InsurTech, Life Insurance and / or Annuities, and / or Disability
Experience in user-centered design and customer experience management.
